Why are prices so low?
Postal Uniforms Online operates solely online, which helps us save the overhead costs of printing and distributing product catalogs and allows us to give you more for your postal allowance dollars.
How do I know what size to order?
Use our sizing information page to assist you in measuring yourself and choosing the correct size based on your measurements. It is a good idea to always have an accurate measurement of yourself before placing your order!
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped USPS mail on the same day the order is received! You should receive your order within 1-4 days, depending on your location! Orders taken after hours on Friday or during the weekend or holidays will be shipped and billed the following business day.
Can I order a catalog?
In order to keep our prices low for you, we do not print a catalog.
I noticed that I made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
Reply to or forward your confirmation email to our Customer Service.
Is ordering on your site secure?

What happens if I go over my allowance?
You may pay the remainder of your balance with a personal credit card.

Shipping is ALWAYS free with Postal Uniforms Online for postal employees--No minimum order!!!
What happens if an item is not available?
At Postal Uniforms Online, we do our best to make sure ALL items are in stock. However, items not available when order is placed will be shipped as soon as possible. You will be notified if you have an item on back order. If your order contains other items, those items will be shipped the same day the order is received.
